Spectacular Saturday my lovelies. What an incredible day yesterday filled with friends and music. LA GUNS reunited .. blown away .. so good to see Tracii, Shane, Paul. So good to spend time with so many souls I hadn’t seen for a while. Soooo music, art, poetry .. the arts .. miraculous stirrers of the soul. For me, music truly is a bridge. A bridge that connects hearts, changes moods, touches the depths within us and serves as a catalyst to feel more. Music speaks in tones that can reach the inner most core and open us up with words that peel back the layers to help transform or comfort. Music for me has provided possibilities beyond imagination and connected me to souls I truly adore. So .. today, take time to grab your favorite tunes, let them encompass and heal you and lift you beyond the realm of this reality to your place of joy and hope.
