Wonderful Wednesday my lovelies .. it’s a winter wonderland. So .. being real and authentic .. key. That’s reality. I truly am grateful for everything and do my best to focus on the positive, but I also let myself feel what I feel. Trust me, I have moments of discouragement, sadness, frustration, anger.. and I let myself feel it (though I don’t try and dwell there tooo long). However, one thing I am trying to be better at this year, is to speak my truth and honoring my gut. My heart and soul are naturally protective of others feelings, but I must also respect anothers ability to hear the truth from my perspective and vice versa. That’s authenticity and allows us all to grow, be aware of each others true feelings and expand. And doesn’t it feel like a weight is lifted when you are truly authentic? The caveat, of course, is it’s done from a place of love, honor and deep respect. So lovelies, be you .. fully .. the world needs the authentic you that you are. As always, I hold in my heart for us that we may be filled with playfulness, warmth, love, light, life, joy, peace, hope, health, healing, kindness, connection, compassion, gratitude, sharing, understanding, forgiveness, friendship, family, companionship, creativity, imagination, inspiration, magic, music, intuition, wisdom, bravery, strength, passion, romance, dreams, boldness, possibility, positivity, prosperity, abundance, balance, acceptance, boldness, strength, receiving, respect, caring, trust, play, laughter, smiles, hugs.
