Wisdom Wednesday my lovelies. Life is dichotomy .. a mix of contrast .. ebb and glow .. light and shadows. And it’s a rolling scale. I seek to keep my vibrational energy in the highest of frequencies, to focus my mond, heart and soul to the light. Some days it requires a little more time sitting quietly in my heart to bring me closer to that place. But I also allow the shadows to be seen and felt, as they too have their purpose and place in my existence. When someone we love leaves this plane it is beautuful to honor them in grieving and holding space in respect. But we must remember the joy of their living, and our own. I miss my sweet soul sister, but know she’s relishing in the release into joy, peace, health and beauty .. that nrings me joy and light. I hold in my heart for us that we may be filled with playfulness, warmth, love, light, life, joy, peace, hope, health, healing, kindness, connection, compassion, gratitude, sharing, understanding, forgiveness, friendship, family, companionship, creativity, imagination, inspiration, magic, music, intuition, wisdom, bravery, strength, passion, romance, dreams, boldness, possibility, positivity, prosperity, abundance, balance, acceptance, boldness, strength, receiving, respect, caring, trust, play, laughter, smiles, hugs.
