Marvelous Monday my beauties. It’s been a couple of days of soul stretching, but I’m grateful for the lessons and the ability to nurture the best I can in a situation that has been challenging. I’m grateful for another day, another chance, another opportunity to give, to learn, to receive, to not judge self or others, to hope, to smile and to share a little love and good tidings. I choose not to believe in easy or hard, but more ease versus stretch .. both have their purpose in carving our souls. Super glorious and grateful Sunday my loves!!!!! Life is a gift, breathing is a gift, mobility is a gift, seeing clearly, hearing fully and communicating is a gift. Our relationships with each other is a gift. Watching and sharing in the experience of another that is going through the process of the shifting of releasing control over the smallest and most basic daily activities and functions, as they become more complicated to maneuver, is a mirror to me into how blessed we really are. So, this morning, if you can easily walk to your kitchen, make your own coffee, sit with ease, kick up your feet and chill either by yourself or with another soul you adore .. you have been given an incredible gift. Super glorious Sunday my beauties!!!!! I’ve seen posts lately about missing loved ones, either in death or walking away. The holidays can amplify emotions with movies, songs, activities, cards and even the overall energy. For those who have passed I imagine what a huge hug from them feels like or a coversation over cocoa in my head brings warmth, peace and comfort. I miss their physical presence .. but their spirit remains. For others, who are still here on the earth, but are no longer part of my life, either by my or their choice, I know the lesson was a treasure. That the time of their season shifted from Spring to Fall .. and the blossoms of memory remain. But I embrace the falling leaves of their presence in becoming the compost of tomorrow. It’s okay to grieve and feel .. just do your utmost not to lock yourself in a grave of sadness when life abounds around you my lovelies.
