Spectacular Sunday my sweets. I am grateful for today. Today is Earth Day .. spend sometime outside treasuring the blessing of our earth … in so many different ways. For us all, we can also see our earthly vessels, our physical being, as our individual planet. How do we care for our own selves on a daily basis? We’ve been given a beautiful gift that allows us to travel our paths. We can move, see, hear, taste, touch, smell … today as we honor the earth, let also honor the physical nature of ourselves. They go kind of hand in hand! We are blessed by both as we journey our paths of existence. Let’s take the time today to remember how incredibly important and necessary they are to our well being and daily lives. Superb Saturday my special souls. I am so grateful for this day of life. Happppppy happppppppy birthday to my dear Dad who is celebrating his birthday today in another sphere .. he left this earthly plane a couple years past, but I still miss him and hold him in my heart each day! So happy birthday Dad, and thank you for being you! Today, let’s just BE! No worrying, seeking, striving, planning, over thinking .. let’s just let life flow on its course and let’s live in the now. We can get so caught up in our wants, need to, should be, what if’s, etc., that we can miss the joy in simply walking the path and enjoy today. Fantastic Friday my fantabulous souls!! It’s Friday challenge day, our day to spread compassion and kindness. Today is a brand new day, a new experience, a blank page. Let’s fill this day with lots of love and kindness to those we encounter. We can provide acts of kindness, remembering the little important things someone close to us holds dear, doing small things to help our loved ones out, sharing a surprise of a token of appreciation. Smiling at those we meet. We can all be a blessing to others. We can think first, mind our words, and let them be filled with honey versus vinegar. Now, speaking the truth is vital, but we can do it kindly versus with harshness. So many little positive things to help us be a blessing, encourager, lifter-upper, healer and just a dear soul to those we meet along the path. They’re really not hard to find, they are as simple, yet priceless as running water, a warm blanket, kindness, food in the refrigerator, love of family and friends … and the love you share into your own soul.
