Fantastic Friday my fabulous ones. It’s Friday challenge day, our day to spread the love and kindness. I’ve been grateful to be the witness to acts of love and kindness recently, and it warms my heart so much. When we take the time to show another our caring for them, through kind words and acts that bring joy, hope, love to another, it’s such a beautiful thing to behold. By holding each other in a place of cherishing their existence and seeing their worthiness, it touches souls and brings light into the world. Today I challenge you to seek out someone who may be struggling and sprinkle a little kindness upon them. We are all fellow travelers on our journeys, but the connections that we make with each other create an energy and vibration that is something to behold. So go forth and spread the love!! Terrific Thursday my tremendous souls. Glorious day of gratitude! No matter glorious or painful, large or small, preferred or non-preferred, expected or unexpected, easy or trying .. every thing we experience is a life lesson. If we can hold within our beings, even when we are gut-wrenched, that each situation was a step towards today, we can live in a place of peace with a much more positive light focused. Looking back at the things that truly kicked me in the shins, these are my greatest lessons and take always. These are the excavators of my soul that took me to the bare bones and allowed me to truly see what I wanted, and who I wanted to be, on my life path. While those moments can feel like he’ll when you’re in the midst, everything always has a way of working out and life continues in this beautiful sphere. The flowers bloom, bees buzz, birds sing, another sun rises and we’re still breathing. So hold faith if you’re going through something right now .. and trust you’ll learn something amazing from it about yourself .. and your strong, worthy, supported and more than enough to get through it! Wonderful Wednesday my whimsical souls. I am grateful for today! Life .. if we can sit in the peace of the depth and inner calm of our soul .. that place we are connected to the Divine, knowing it’s all perfect right where we are. Embracing the inner wisdom that there is so much yet to come, so much to be experienced and many possibilities that are before us. To hold faith that the best truly is yet to come because it hasn’t been birthed yet for us to envelope fully … and how we get the honor of opening the adventure up like the greatest gift we’ve ever received. Terrific Tuesday my tremendous souls. So grateful for life. So very hard to believe it’s my son Julian’s 30th birthday today .. where did the time go. I’m so very proud of who he has become in his life. And honored to be his Mom. Time flies .. and as the years go by it gets faster versus slower .. soooooo .. make the most of each moment. Wrap you arms around the day and let it carry you with it giggling as you glide through it .. capture each and every moment. It’s a gift, a kaleidoscope of seconds, a tapestry of colors!! Live, laugh, sing, smile, love, meditate, dance .. be filled in the joy of your existence. It’s such a beautiful dance this life .. go for the gusto and let stress be gone and peace remain. Marvelous Monday my magnificent souls. Grateful for life. Today, I will do that which I can do. I will be open and receptive to whatever comes my way, accepting that which I prefer. I will not create scenarios in my head which do not present themselves right in front of me, and I will not allow worry to hang over my soul. I will take each step with a positive mindset, knowing that each moment is a gift that is there to teach me a valuable lesson. I will breathe, be calm and productive while staying within a state of peace. I shall release the need to control that which I have no control over. Superb Saturday my special souls. I am so grateful, thankful and blessed. There are so many things in life that I hold so dear .. one of them is music. Had a wonderful rehearsal last night and then spent time talking with dear band mates .. it truly is an honor to be in the midst of artistry and be able to be in the aliveness of the moment when a note is given birth through voice or instrument. It awakens the room with its presence and then gently (or sometimes not so gently) vibrates its last sound wave for other notes to join. It truly is the simple things that are so impactful in our existence. So today I challenge you to look for the seemingly small moments that balloon into the grand and memorable times of your life! We all have them and sometimes allow them to be invisible, but deep within our soul they are calling us to recognize them. Look with a willing heart, see with open eyes, hear with listening ears .. know it’s going to be a fabulous day abundant in many blessing, large and small!!! Fantastic Friday my fabulous ones. It’s Friday challenge day, our day to spread some kindness! One of the great motives in our life should be to step out in kindness each and every day. To put a smile on another’s face and know in some way we touch their heart and Spirit. Kindness is not limited to the human species either, it is essential to the furred, feathered and scaled souls that cross our path. There is SO MUCH unconditional love given by those tremendous beings. And let’s not forget about our precious environment and the nature surrounding us.
