Happy Tuesday tremendous souls. Happy last day of March 2020 – man you’ve been an interesting one. Thank you to all those out there serving the public face to face – you are true ROCK STARS!! For us all, please do this with me. Step one, taking a very deep breath. Step two, hold and just allow yourself to be filled in peace. Step three, release your breath. Don’t you feel a little bit better? Repeat as many times as needed. During the day if you find your getting anxious, frustrated, scared, grumpy and ‘crunchy’ – PAUSE – peace, acceptance, understanding, serenity and exhaling – take the time to just breathe. It’s going to be OK! And, remember, you are wanted, needed, seen and treasured. Remember – it is what it is right now – but it WILL work out in the end! Tremendous and thankful Thursday dear souls!!! Gooood morning! Today, in the midst of everything, what are you grateful for? First and foremost the heroic souls who have jumped in 100% to care for others! For myself – goodness – there is much! I have a warm bed, hot coffee, friends and family I can connect with, animal souls who calm me and make me smile. I can work from home, I have food in the cupboard and in the refrigerator. I can BREATHE – I’m not coughing or feverish – I AM ALIVE. I send up prayers for those who are struggling financially or in health – or have loved ones who are affected. And if you are lonely and feeling anxiety and stress – reach out – it’s real and valid. Let’s hold in our hearts gratitude for all we really are blessed with – when you lay it out – it’s quite a bit! By the way – you are wanted, needed and loved!!
