Good morning – it’s FriYay – whoooohooo. I’m off today which is a blessing – and it’s our KINDNESS challenge day. Today I challenge us to be aware of the unseen. If you go to the store you may find someone who is struggling to pay for their groceries (maybe chip in a bit), perhaps someone is waiting outside who seems hungry. It doesn’t cost much to buy a a loaf of bread and peanut butter or even a jug of water for another – it could help for a bit of time. Let’s be a conduit of care. When another individual see’s us, it can change our attitude for the day. Know you are worthy, wanted and needed!
