Spectacular Sunday special souls. Good morning. Well we’re headed into a heatwave. 100s next three days then 90s for a couple more. I’m NOT (emphatically) a person who embraces the hot hot. 80 or below is truly my happy place. If you’re in the midst – hydrate – relax and keep your critters cool too. Put water out for any outside critters that helps – I try and wet a patch under brushes just as a cooling place. You are worthy, wanted and cherished. All of us at one point or another reach those places of doubt, invisibility, being exhausted and just plain old sad. But .. there is ALWAYS hope. Things shift more quickly then we realize.
