At times we can get caught up in trying to make everybody else around us happy, and in the process make ourselves stressed and tired. So take what you need for you today and do exactly as you wish. We all have responsibilities, we all have things that we do for others, which is beautiful and wonderful, but we also need to take time out for ourselves. So today just be in the moment of a full pampered day … do exactly what it is that you would do for you and refresh your soul!! Superb Saturday my special souls. I am so grateful. THANK YOU TO OUR VETERANS FOR YOUR SERVICE!! My Dad, uncles and son served and one is joining on the 20th … proud and grateful for your service!!!

So .. letting go, releasing, letting others fly. As parents, I think one of the most important lessons to learn is letting go. While we never ever truly let go of caring, loving, and wanting to support our children, we must let them walk their path, their purpose and their lives. I’m so proud of my children and, I know, I still fall into the mothering role a bit over the top sometimes .. I was blessed to have parents who were there for me and cared for me immensely. I think this is true for us in other roles in life as well, there are times that we just have to release the tight grip on a particular person, event, or anything that we feel an overwhelming focus on. Now of course there are times when mothering is so extremely important and when a greater focus makes sense. But, life is meant to be an ease and flow … so if you find your grasp is a little tighter than a gentle connection, you might wanna let it loose a little and just let it be.
