Treasured Tuesday my tremendous souls. Happy last day of July 2018. Thankful for life! Grateful for a cool night as well. Appreciation .. a grand feeling of holding grace for what we have. Superb Saturday my special souls. I am so grateful for this day of life. Contentment is a beautiful thing .. it’s sitting in your soul in a calm space in a state of acceptance and peace. It’s holding a sense that all is right exactly where you’re at in the moment. No need to push or overly strive for more, your not in a place of lack. It doesn’t mean there aren’t more adventures to come or things to accomplish, but it’s not stressing to make things happen. It’s not a constant yearning for more, more, more .. but being in a place where there’s more than enough with yourself and everything. Sometimes it seems we seek a state of extreme joy and happiness, but it is a simple fact that you can hold a space of I’m good and all is well with my world! Fantastic Friday my fabulous ones. It’s Friday challenge day, our day to put some kindness in our world. As I awaken, grateful for this day, I remind myself that kindness is key .. not only to others but ourselves. In a world that speaks to us in many languages and in many venues, we can sometimes see that kindness is lurking in the shadows and not in the forefront. We bombard ourselves with others words about who we are and what we should be. We see fictional stories of people’s lives and judge our own reality. Today I ask you to be especially kind to yourself .. if you take the time, you’ll see you’ve got a pretty amazing story! It’s kind to your own soul to stop looking into someone else’s backyard and everyone else’s shoes, and look at the blessings in your own. You’re amazing and loved so much by many! Be kind to your authentic and glorious soul .. and, of course, spread kindness to all other beings within your reach!
