Fantastic Friday my fabulous ones. It’s Friday challenge day, our day to put some kindness in our world. A single act of kindness, is not really a single act of kindness. It creates roots that drill deep into the heart of souls and touches many. Like the root of the tree, kindness plows gently through the dirt to create new life, new existence, new and refreshed mindsets. Where once was darkness light is given. Love and kindness are such beautiful aspects of life … they are blessings to the giver as well as to the receiver. So today make an effort to spread kindness and love. Terrific Thursday my tremendous souls. Grateful for today! Dreams are wonderful .. they drive us forward. But there is the ultimate sense of peace when we are grateful and fully present in what is happening now. When we live in the present and have faith in the future we are in a state of mindfulness embracing life as it is. The now is meant to be traveled with full knowledge of the blessings of the moment, no matter the circumstance. So dream, yes, but don’t allow it to make the present of your presence invisible to your eyes, ears, mind and Spirit. Wonderful Wednesday my whimsical souls! I am grateful for today! Peace of mind. Allowing what is to simply be and flowing gently with nonresistance in the tide. We are all resistant to certain emotions and actions, but if we can just allow ourselves to move through those moments and feeling in ease, we’d be at a greater state of peace. Be mindful to why you were placed in that situation and take the brilliance of its teaching to heart and move past it to your place of peace. We can always shift our course to that of preference .. but trust in the now. Peace and calm is an amazing state to live in each and every day. Terrific Thursday my tremendous souls. Grateful for today. Thoughts of safety and recovery for those in the hurricanes path. Peace of mind .. calmness of soul .. mindfulness in thought .. one moment at a time. We shift, we change, we ebb and flow. This is the cadence of life. What lit your soul at 20 May be different at 30, 40, 50 etc. and that’s perfectly OK! I think we hold ourselves in a mind state sometimes that today should look like and behave as our yesterdays .. and that’s not the way it works. Our underlying passions may remain strong and true, but other aspects of us will change. We’re in a constant growth process. Allow this moment to be your priority. You’re always in a place of where you need to be. When you can trust in faith it’s all good, you will find your life in a much more peaceful state. Peace is the priority and authenticity is the state you should always make as your permanent residence.
