Special Sunday my spectacular souls. Glorious day! Today is the first day of the rest of your life, the best of your life. When we consciously hold this thought for each new day, we step mindful into the blessings of this day – the present moment. We can release the past, forgive the things we feel weren’t as we preferred, let people off the hook for their part that didn’t go as well and live today fresh and clear. Each moment is a teaching experience – but if we usher in joy, positivity, kindness and love we start in a great place to build the steps upwards and onward. You have everything you need today and you are always worthy, enough and supported. Superb Saturday my special souls. Grateful for this day. Life is a fantastic gift to receive each morning and every moment throughout the day. As we ponder the last Saturday of 2018 may we appreciate the breath in our lungs and the awareness in our being. Let’s start in moments of gratitude, reflecting on the many blessings upon us. Take 10 minutes in silence to hear the voice in our soul and ask what we are most grateful for – write it down. Start a gratitude journal – it’s wonderful to look back on occasion to see how bestowed with little tokens of love that we’ve received. Live fully, being present and mindful. You are wonderful, worthy and enough. Fantastic Friday my fabulous ones. It’s our Friday kindness challenge day! Today let us blanket those around us (and ourselves) in kindness. Kindness is an action word – but it’s also something you hold within your thoughts as well as in words and movement. Today be mindful of what you think about yourself; limit the negative self bashing – think and speak words of love to your soul. Make time to hug your children, family and friends. Whisper kindness and uplifting words into their ears and souls. It may seem small – but it’s truly not; it’s a gift that will echo in souls for days to come. Be authentic in your words – but speak them clearly. Fantastic Friday my fabulous ones. Happy Winter 2018 – the time has flown. What a beautiful and reflective time upon us. It’s also our Friday kindness challenge day! I imagine the next few days will be filled with last-minute preparations for celebrating the holidays. But let’s take time to remember that the greatest gift is of the heart and time spent together. It’s not all bows and packages, yes Mr. Grinch, but it really is the spirit that fills us and surrounds us each and every day. So on this Friday kindness day I ask you to spread love and caring to all those in your midst, especially the ones who seem a little more stressed than normal. Let them know that it’s all going to be grand and they are worthy, needed, and always enough – as are you.
