Terrific Tuesday my tremendous ones! Grateful for this beautiful day. It is my practice each morning to start in prayer and then write three things for which I am grateful, and three things that I look forward to in the day. Spectacular Saturday special souls! Grateful for this day. Well I’m still fighting this fun little crud – but the weekend is upon me and I’m going to do absolutely nothing! I’m hoping it helps my body fight the nasty little buggers. I will say it stops and makes one think deeper about those who fight with debilitating illness each and every day, the strength and hope that they have is an inspiration to us all. While I’m sure they have moments of throwing their hands up in the air, they move forward each and every day! Everyone can use a dash of kindness in their life. It can be as simple as a smile, a hello, or – if they’re willing – a hug. We all have this incredible ability to touch others lives in positive ways, there are days that it takes us to be mindful of being kind and days it just comes naturally, you wake up with a skip in your step and everyone you meet feels like a kindred spirit.
