Teeerrrrific Thursday my terrific ones! It’s a beautiful and blessed day! This morning, take five minutes, yes just five, to write down three things that you’re grateful for. They don’t have to be huge but something you appreciate at the moment. For example, I’m grateful for a warm cup of coffee! Remember those three things throughout the day – to be in a mind of gratitude – especially if you feel stressed, agitated, or just plain icky; it’s a great rubber band to bring you back to center. If you can start your day in the place of appreciation, I find that you start the day off in a place of awareness and grace. Life is not perfect, but there are blessings that are given to us each and every day. You are wanted, needed and treasured! Wonderful Wednesday my whimsical souls. Grateful for this day!!! It’s a brand new day – hold an attitude of positivity and love. Fantastic Friday fabulous souls! Grateful for this beautiful day! It’s our Friday kindness challenge day – the day we make an intention to cover this planet in kindness! Think of a couple people who could use good cheer and send them a written note by mail – it’s becoming a lost art, and who doesn’t love a cheerful note! Call someone you haven’t spoken to for awhile and let them know you’re thinking of them. Feed the birds, pet a dog or cat, go to an elders home and bring them something home baked. Or simply pay $5 towards the person behind you in a line. So many ways to spread little acts of kindness! And you – well – I’m sending you a virtual hug to say you. are wanted, needed, loved, cared for and worthy! Treat yourself with kindness.
