Wonderful Wednesday whimsical souls. Gooooood mooorrrnnnning!!! What are you grateful for today?😊 I’m grateful for cooler weather (though it’s 82% humidity which is rare here – can you say sticky? Lol). We’re awake, alive, blessed, cared for, needed – we have a purpose!!! Take five minutes this morning and tonight before you go to bed to really think about what in your life brings you joy, what are you grateful for – and maybe one thing you’d change! It’s always good to take stock of where we are at and where we want to go! Never forget though to be present in the beauty of each moment – because that’s where we “live.” You truly are a treasure! Spectacular Sunday special souls! Today I write with a saddened heart at the state of affairs – where individuals feel they have the right to take down another; in some cases multitudes of others, in acts of violence. I hold prayers for those taken in a moment unexpected and those who are left with the shattered pieces that must be glued back together with time and grace! We all bleed the same, hurt and ache the same, breathe the same, have hopes and dreams, expectations and those that we love. Yes, we have differences, but isn’t that what makes life a kaleidoscope of beauty? If we could honor the experiences and existence of another, to have empathy and understanding, we’d be so much better for it. We have not walked a mile in another’s shoes. There are aspects of our being that is who we were made to beautifully be, and some aspects of life chosen. Maybe for us certain life choices of the other just don’t resonate – and that’s okay – but can we not agree to disagree and be gracious and loving? (And, to clarify, I’m not talking about not protecting ourselves or others from imminent harm.) I’m grateful for who I am, what I’ve been provided and my purpose, but I believe everyone is treasured by God. Such a sad state of affairs upon us!!! When we light up our soul and sparkle in love we bring an amazing gift to others – the best and brightest part of us! Let’s walk our path in love with an intention on goodness and kindness to those we meet.
