Thankful Thursday tremendous souls. Good morning. Let’s wake up with gratitude in our heart and soul this day! We are alive, awake and blessed. I find that it really helps to just take a few minutes each and every day to focus on a few things in which I hold gratitude. It doesn’t take much to look around and see at least three things that make my heart smile. At this moment Miss Windy (my pup) is throwing her toy up in the air, shaking it and making it squeak – I know what’s making her soul smile! Tremendous Tuesday treasured souls. Good morning! Here we go – it’s Tuesday. I’m sitting here with an assignment – throw the toy! My pup Windy is adamant that I throw her toys in the morning; but …. there are times she wants to hold her foot on it so it’s more difficult to actually pick up the toy to throw it. It’s like she doesnt want to lose it being in front of her. When she does let it go – I can throw it and she can have fun with a chase. How many times do we kind of do the same thing – build excitement about what’s ahead … but just can’t let go with what’s in front of us. Makes one ponder – if we released a bit, what fun adventure would we be able to go after. As always, your reminder – you are worthy, wanted and needed. You’re likely not in life or death situations – so it doesn’t need to be an A+++ when a B will do perfectly. If you truly do your best, then good enough is good enough. We sometimes put so much pressure on our shoulders that we end in a perpetual loop of redoing what’s already been done – why – we seek absolute perfection. So – give yourself a break and let something that’s really good – be that – really good. Know you truly are worthy, needed and wanted – just as you are.
