Spectacular Saturday special souls – good morning! The heatwave has arrived. The next few days are going to be brutally hot and record breaking 🥵 – definitely NOT my comfort zone. I’m a fall and winter person – while summer has beautiful aspects, it has never been my favorite. Heat and I are like oil and water!!! Anyhow … stay cool my PNW souls. I will still hold thoughts of peace, joy and hope. I know that the Lord has us covered and is guiding us always. God bless and stay cool. 😊💕🙏🌸

For those of us in the area of the record breaking heatwave starting today 🥵 – take care of yourself – lower the shades after allowing the morning fresh air in, drink water, and be chill. Don’t forget to make sure your furry, feathered and scaled companions have a lot of water and a nice cool place to chill. And …. reminder – cars get so much hotter than outside – so leave no soul in a car for even a minute if you have to leave the car unattended 🙏 (I know you wouldn’t 😊). Thankful Thursday tremendous souls!! Good morning. As we start this new day we’re sitting in a place of knowing that we’ve been blessed by a new day. Each day is a gift and a blessing. We here in the Pacific NW are bracing for a huge heatwave (like 100-110) starting tomorrow through a good part of next week – we are NOT used to it – many have no air conditioning, so keep all souls in your thoughts and prayers. We all have those thoughts that hit our minds throughout the day – it truly is not worth dwelling on. Thoughts on how to make positive changes – cool, capture it and move forward. Thoughts that are not true, unneeded worry, negative self-talk and just general “crap” for the mind – erase and think of things that make smile. You are wanted, needed and loved.
