This morning I woke up feeling stressed, I worked late last night and dreamt all about work! Today I’m just gonna go with the flow and do the best that I can the best way I know how. And I’m gonna breathe in and breathe out abs turn it over to God. You are worthy, wanted and treasured. I know there has been a feeling of weirdness and uncomfortableness these last couple years – but there are some silver linings in that a lot of us have slowed down and reflected on what’s truly important to us. I’ve also gained some things I don’t want – like some pounds and not great habits – those I’m in the process of purging. Know you are worthy, wanted and cared for.
