Good morning – it’s FriYay dear souls; and, our KINDNESS challenge day. It’s a day to bring a focus on kindness into the world. Let’s set out to touch a few souls in encouragement, kindness and care today. Give someone a good morning text sharing a hello and support, pay it forward for the person behind you in line, give an extra big tip to a server or buy a candy or healthy snack for the person checking you out in the store. For the critters – how about putting out some fresh water for the birds or other little souls looking for a refreshing drink. As always – I have total faith you’ll be smashing with this challenge. Thankful Thursday tremendous souls!! Good morning. Let’s fill this day in gratitude; giving thanks for the many blessings that fill our lives. If we stop, breathe, reflect and look at all the beauty that surrounds us, I hope that gratitude will be a natural reaction. May you know your true worth comes from just being uniquely you – nothing more and nothing less. Do not bring the burdens of yesterday with you, but take the precious lessons, memories and blessings (without dwelling solely in them). As for tomorrow, do not spend time worrying about what tomorrow will bring as it will be as it needs to be – under the watchful hands of grace; enjoy the planning, but do not let it take away from being present in this precious moment. Spectacular Saturday special souls. Good morning. Patience and a calm spirit is something I strive for. I think we’ve all been in a bit of a whirlwind the last couple of years. Let’s be real – there’s been A LOT going on. Wherever you sit – your feelings, thoughts, beliefs and opinions drive you. In the midst of it all – do your best to keep your spirit in a place of calmness. Choose it. Walk in nature & focus on the birds and the beauty, dig in the dirt, deep breathe, listen to music, build puzzles, get artsy and draw or color in a coloring book – for me I turn to prayer, reading and turning it all over. I’m in peace when I get out of my mind and just “be.” Life moves along so much calmer when you don’t focus on the tornado but seek the rainbow instead. 🌈 You are worthy, needed and loved just as you are – simply being. It’s Friday dear souls – welcome to our KINDNESS challenge day! Let’s spread uber amounts of kindness today and pay it forward. If you’re out and about – pay for the person behind you at the coffee kiosk. Start a kindness word exchange; tell someone what you admire about them and ask them to pay it forward to someone else. Give a donation and see if your workplace will match the gift – then your company is paying it forward. What are other unique examples?
