Spectacular Sunday special souls – good morning. Today – let’s think gentleness. Gentle as we rise, moments of quiet and reflection, knowing deep in our soul it’s going to be okay. I know there is a lot swirling around right now, but if we can breathe and center, it makes it all so much easier to navigate. I find giving it to God is the key for me.
