Tremendous Saturday my loves. Beautiful and sad event from yesterday for me. One of my Dogs was fed up with a crow and decided it was their day to cross the veil. I have never heard such a screaming in the sky. Tens of crows circling and screeching. Perhaps it was to see the place of danger, but I choose to think different. Two in particular would not leave and sat on the tree above their comrade picking leaves and throwing them from their perch as they heralded their calls. As I watched leaves being violently ripped from the tree by saddened and angry beaks, the descending dance of the leaves reminded me of the freedom of spirit as we become released from the vessel of flesh and bone. I saged the departed soul, pulled leaves, wrapped them gently in paper, and rose petals, stroked their beautiful feathers as I said words of peace and bid them adieu to their next adventure past the veil. It reminded me how we are all interconnected and all matter to Spirit and another. I believe there was true mourning by the two who would not leave or be still in their voices. I hear them again this morning calling to the tribe member no longer seen or experienced in the flesh. So, let us all know how we touch each other. May we all know the preciousness of each moment and how fleeting it can be. Cherish each soul you meet .. we all matter, no matter covered in skin, feathers, fur or scales. Treat each with respect and remember Tennyson’s words, “I am part of all that I meet.” As always, I hold in my heart for us love, light, life, joy, peace, hope, health, healing, kindness, connection, compassion, gratitude, sharing, understanding, forgiveness, friendship, family, companionship, creativity, imagination, inspiration, magic, music, intuition, wisdom, bravery, strength, passion, dreams, boldness, possibility, positivity, prosperity, abundance, balance, acceptance, boldness, strength, receiving, respect, caring, trust, play, laughter, smiles, hugs.
